We loved this site, even though it was totally different to what we would normally choose. Busy at weekends with families/seasonal caravans, but so friendly and relaxed. Immaculate toilets and showers. On the beach, which was amazing and our dog loved it! Bus into Tarragona was a disaster for us, as it left early and, after waiting another 40 minutes, we were informed that our small dog needed to be in a dog carrier. Our fault, but you live and learn. Would definitely return.

We slept at the far end just 10m from the beach. All the staff were happy, helpful and very busy keeping it clean and tidy. Yes you can hear trains during the day and evening but you then can drifr off too sleep listening to the waves. Wonderful, 10/10 from us.

A very big site with a lot of seasonal set ups, mainly Spanish for weekend/holiday breaks and chalets. Nice sanitaires which are cleaned several times a day. A busy train line is next to the campsite. Although trains ran nonstop we slept through. The beach is accessible from the site, warm enough to swim. The site has pools, sports and children’s play area, restaurants and a bar. The site supermarket was a little pricey as expected. Note standard pitches are 5 amps, larger pitches closer to the railway are 10 amps. We had to move pitch when we asked to extend our stay and we were able to move across to a newly vacated pitch. There is a nice walk to La Mora the next bay through woods. Tarragona is an interesting city with Roman history and is well worth a visit. The bus to the city is accessible from across the road from the campsite and is reasonable cost for a day ticket.

So einen tollen Campingplatz hatten wir noch nie. Man könnte in erster Reihe am Wasser stehen, ist dann allerdings der bedingungslosen Sonne ausgesetzt, kaum auszuhalten. Oder in den Reihen dahinter im Pinienwald, wo man Licht und Schatten hat und hier die 3., 4. oder 5. Reihe vom Wasser weg. Herrlich. Im "Seepferdchen-Bereich" fanden wir es am schönsten, dort ist es auch am ruhigsten, weil am weitesten entfernt von Aktivitäten wie Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Wasserspielanlage für die Kinder u.s.w. Allerdings, entlang des ganzen sehr langgestreckten Campingplatzes verläuft eine Bahntrasse, die DIREKT an die Plätze grenzen, die am weitesten weg vom Wasser sind. Hier fahren ICE, Güterzgüge und Nahverkehr, geschätzt 4 x die Stunde. Das ist schon ziemlich laut, dauert aber immer nur wenige Sekunden. Aber der Platz reißt es raus und je weiter man zum Wasser hin steht, desto leiser wird es. Die Waschhäuser sind extrem sauber, es gibt dort scheinbar einen 24 - Stunden Service, wir haben dort nie auch nur irgendetwas Dreckiges gesehen, es wird schienbar immer hinter einem hergewischt. Phenomenal. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist der Platz sehr hundefreundlich, die Hunde dürfen sogar mit an den langen Sandstrand und die Übernachtung für ein Womo in der Nebensaison mit der ACSI - Karte hat uns 23 Euro pro Tag gekostet und die Plätze sind ziemlich groß. Ein Ausflug in die Altstadt von Tarragona mit dem Fahrrad dauert ca. 20 Minuten und hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Fahrradhelm nicht vergessen, in Spanien ist Helmpflicht und wird bei Nichteinhalten ziemlich hoch bestraft, wenn man erwischt wird.

Love this site - right on the beach. Bus stop outside to visit Tarragona which is an amazing city. everything clean and tidy. will definitely comeback to visit as it’s s great chill place. the trains don’t run all night so did sleep well

We had a lovely pitch just a few yards from the beach, and thought we might stay longer than the three nights we’d booked. The restaurant looked lovely and the shop was good (although unfriendly staff). I imagine its great for families in summer with a great pool complex. The biggest issue for us was the trains which were continuous day and night, with some blowing their horns at 4am. After three nights of disturbed sleep we had to move on. We took the bus to tarragona and back which was straightforward

Good facilities, unfortunately they did not allow us to park the camper outside while having lunch at departure. We decided to have lunch somewhere else.
