Travelling party: Couple

Spent a couple of weeks at Los Madriles in early March. Site is terraced up a fairly steep slope so probably not suitable if you have mobility problems. Good sized hard stand level pitches, all with water and grey waste drain. Excellent thermal salt water pool complex which is emptied and refilled daily. Good site for long stay over winter. 20 mins walk to village with small supermarket, restaurants, ATM and social club which is well worth a visit. Note that site does not allow any pets.

Denna camping bör vinna, då den har de bästa poolerna. Två stycken uppvärmda pooler, en inomhus 32 grader och en utomhus 27 grader. På sommaren finns även en barnpool. Poolerna rengörs varje dag och vattnet byts dagligen. Det är saltvatten i poolerna. Och det bästa av allt, inga hundar på denna camping. Toaletter och duschar städas flera gånger om dagen Väldigt rent och snyggt. Personalen i receptionen är mycket trevliga. Ett stort rum med böcker och spel att låna. Mycket dagaktiviteter såsom vattengympa, linedance, gymnastik, pingis och boule. Nackdelarna här är att wi-fee inte finns på området utan bara i biblioteket, och att papper ej finns på toaletten utan det behöver man ta med sig. Annars mycket varmt vatten. Helt perfekt camping

Busy campsite
Fabulous heated saltwater pool. No tennis courts - ACSI is incorrect.
Supermarket has bread, but otherwise understocked. CASH ONLY.
Bar was closed for first part of stay. Disappointed, when opened, no atmosphere, no customers, no warm welcome, CASH ONLY. Missed opportunity.
Toilets / Showers clean. But NO TOILET PAPER.
Some nice walks and cycling, from site.

Excellent campsite with good sized pitches separated by hedges. Water and waste on each pitch. Everything kept clean and immaculate. Plenty of hot water for washing up, sinks, showers etc. Good laundry facilities. Superb heated pool and surrounding sun beds. Bikes help to get around places to Azohia, Mazarron Port, Bolnuevo etc. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in a 0.5 to 4 mile radius. Highly recommend. Safe and secure

We called at Los Madriles to book a one night stay. We planned to meet with my brother who had booked in for 2 nights. We were told that 3 nights was the minimum. We managed to visit my brother but at 8pm we were rudely ushered off the site.
