Well run campsite within 30m drive of Valencia. Friendly & helpful staff; pool was excellent. Bathroom facilities clean & hot water readily available. Worth paying a little extra for a 90m plot with water. Dog friendly sandy beach very welcome to our hot hound. There are only 2-3 restaurants around 15m walk away but there is a basic campsite one. A welcome stay.

Not a bad site but totally spoilt for us by constant noise from “party” DJ at pool , made it like an episode of Hi de Hi. Planned to stay 3 or 4 days, glad to escape the noise after 2. Pools are good, but despite rules about no ball games, inert lifeguard refused to tear himself away from his phone to stop small group of French men monopolising one pool throwing football about aggressively. Not a well managed site , toilets need more frequent cleaning.

Very poor plots building rubble, glass and unidentifiable white material which I hope is concrete on the plots along with obtrusive tree stumps on standard plots. Toilets dated and not cleaned to a good standard, site outside of pool area very poorly maintained. New roads but have never been swept in months so 3cm of mud after rain. Very, very long check in queues. I cannot recommend this camp site in its current state. pool and bar are great but outside of that its a one star site
Entertainment is at its loudest at 10 o'clock bring ear plugs if you go to bed early

The site is ok and the staff friendly the only problem is the pitches are absolutely a disaster they are planting bushes and watering them regularly though the day therefore causing the pitches to be very muddy if I had not paid in advance I would have not stayed anywhere near this site.

we stayed here in 2023 and it was an excellent site but unfortunately major changes less pitch’s for motor homes and more bungalows erected in its place. the pitch we had was XL and unfinished with dirt, rocks and pieces of wood and trying to drive onto pitch was impossible as its was unfinished and gradient very steep and very loose dirt.

Site has been taken over. Pitch numbers do not match with plan provided. No shuttle bus into Valencia. Using public transport to Valencia involves a bus ride to the railway station and a wait then for a train. Bus service very limited. Toilet and shower block in need of refurbishment.

This campsite should not be open to the public. Currently undergoing a full refurbishment of the Campsite. The numbers on the list do not correspond to the pitch numbers. After waiting for almost 1hour and having chosen a pitch we were told there was no availability. Others campers at reception were very angry indeed, some refusing to stay and asking for money back. luckily we were unable to book online. I can not praise the staff at reception enough for their patience, courtesy and calmness.

Very friendly receptionist. Roomy pitches and good sanitary facilities. Restaurant closes quite early at 8pm. The main problem was that campers arrived after 11pm and manoevered noisily with airco fans blasting away just metres away from people trying to sleep. Should not allow this.

Extremely happy & helpful staff.Cleaners keep sanitation spotless.All site is clean & tidy, hedges cut. Restaurant good food good price. 2 pools with lifeguards.2min walk to promenade & good Sandy beach. ACSI pitches v large & level, no ramps needed. Easy cycle into town or a bus to catch train into Valencia.
