Travelling party: Couple

The most unfriendly, unhelpful site we have ever visited in 40 years. It does not fulfil the description ACSI gives it. Showers are costing extra. Debit card is not accepted under a certain amount. Reception is not labelled at all. Luckily some other campers told us where we could pitch and where reception was. There is a bell with a worn off label to ring if you arrive between 10.am and 5pm as reception was only manned for 2 hours a day, had to wait until 5 pm as no one answered the bell. It would be very useful for foreign tourists if doors had some symbol to complement the German to indicate what was inside, luckily we had sufficient German to manage. Had we met the reception before 5 pm we would not have stayed here. One set of female toilets remained \"closed for cleaning\" for several hours at least, during which time the other set was not cleaned.
