What is CampingCard ACSI?
With CampingCard ACSI, you can camp at extra low rates at 3,000 CampingCard ACSI campsites with a special discount rate during the low season. There are eight fixed rates: € 13, € 15, € 17, € 19, € 21, € 23, € 25 and € 27 per night. These amounts differ per campsite, but you always pay less than the lowest amount listed during the low season at the campsite. Read more.
On how many and which devices can you use the CampingCard ACSI app?
The CampingCard ACSI app can be used on smartphones and tablets (Android 9 and up, iOS 12 and up). You can use the app on three devices as long as you are logged in with the same account. For example, you can install the app on your smartphone as well as your tablet and use the digital discount card on both devices.
How do I order the CampingCard ACSI app?
I already have an ACSI guide: order access to the app here. Have your discount card with unique code ready.
I do not yet have an ACSI guide and want ACSI CampingCard Digital: order the app via our webshop.

For how long is the CampingCard ACSI app valid?
If you have a subscription to CampingCard ACSI Digital or to CampingCard ACSI & Motorhome pitches Digital, then your digital discount card is valid for 1 year. After that, your subscription will be renewed automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Did you order the CampingCard ACSI app separately as a supplement to your guide? Then the app, just like your guide, is valid up to and including 31 December.
I would like to keep my paper campsite guides and card and use the app as well. Is this possible?
No problem. You can order the app for € 3.99. The motorhome pitches expansion is € 9.98. You can use the app to search for campsites and motorhome pitches. To receive a discount at campsites, you must then show the paper discount card from your guide.
I want to leave in December already to spend the winter abroad. Is this possible with the Digital CampingCard ACSI?
Yes, CampingCard ACSI Digital or CampingCard ACSI & Motorhome pitches Digital are ideal for this. You always have access to your discount card digitally and you don't have to wait until your guides with paper discount card are delivered.
Will I receive a discount at the campsite if I show the CampingCard ACSI app?
You will receive a discount if you show the CampingCard ACSI discount card. If you have a subscription to CampingCard ACSI Digital or CampingCard ACSI & Motorhome pitches Digital, the discount card is in your app. If you have a subscription to the paper guide + discount card, you must show the paper card at the campsite.
Does the app work en route or if the campsite has no internet?
Yes, you can show the card even if you have no wifi or internet connection. You can also search for campsites and motorhome pitches in the app without internet connection.
