A well maintained campsite by a canal and near the Cher. Pitches with sufficient shade separated by bushes. The centre is within walking distance and there is a bus stop next to the site. A free bus goes to the centre (where there is a swimming pool).

Travelling party: Couple

We have used this site a couple of times as a stopover both to and from. It is set in a lovely location near to a canal. The reception lady is very welcoming and speaks good English. The site showering and washing facilities are rustic in a delightful French way, and are very clean with lots of hot water. The pitches are nice, with shade and sun and are easily accessible (we have been here with both a caravan and trailer both towed by our VW camper). The only access to the site we had, both times, was out Aguri sat nav took us towards a dead end road in the town. Something to be aware of.

Travelling party: Couple

A lovely campsite with spacious pitches and good hedges separating them. Good privacy. Now the toilets are a bit dated but perfectly clean. It is close to the town with many shops and restaurants. We were after a long drive and the reception advised that 2 takeaways deliver to the site, a nice facility that we availed of. The site is part of a huge park with more overflow spaces I\'d say it would never be full. Ideal stop off on way up from south and only 10minutes off the motorway.
