Travelling party: Seniors

We had a couple of nights here and despite some previous less complimentary reviews, we were pleased with this site choice. Our pitch was average size but pretty, overlooking the river. The shower block was absolutely fine and the café next door was available for meals. It was a ten minute walk to the tram station ( not easy to find!) for visiting Besançon, otherwise good cycling routes nearby.

Stayed 2 nts in May, site was good, nice showers etc, good washing machine. Snack bar does food all day til 9pm + sirloin was good + good value as was local wine. Tram in convenient into city.

Travelling party: Seniors

Easy to travel to this site. First impressions of the entrance was not inviting, needs a face lift. Pitches on grass looked very nice but needs to be dry. Sanitary facilities a little cold.
A few hardstandings which were reasonable. Bike and footpath just outside to excellent supermarket and restaurant. Also good shops and access to the tram. Quiet site.

Travelling party: Couple

We liked this site and enjoyed our stay, extending for another two days whilst we were there.
However, the site is let down by the tired and austere toilet block.
Check-in was very slow leading to long queues and congestion to access the site.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The big selling point is the tram stop to the centre of Besancon, only half a mile away, by the massive Carrefour,
