Travelling party: Couple

Arrived to be told by security that there were no pitches available. As we had quite a long drive that day my wife chose to go and check with reception, two pitches available to choose from. We chose a pitch and proceeded to check in, over an hour to check in, even though I’m a previous customer of Sandaya(couldn’t find me)
Lovely site but could do with:-
Pitches being fenced off to stop children and some adults cutting through.
The site needs a limited number of bins.
No drive over grey waste.
