Travelling party: Seniors

Very basic facilities. Only external toilets.
It would seem that we overpaid despite the ACSI tariff+tax.
I asked about site security.
Top gate directly from village and public car park.
unable to be closed and locked due to poor adjustment. Anyone could access at any time day or night.
Also the Main entrance pedestrian gate permanently open despite having been given a code. (Pointless). Anyone at any time is able to access, either through the gate or under the vehicle barriers.
Particularly frustrating as those staying on the adjacent Aire, despite paying significant less were simply coming onto the site and using the facilities for which we paid extra.
All mentioned to the staff but little concern shown.
I object to paying extra for nothing.
Particularly the total lack of security which was of prime concern to myself and my wife.
