The campsite is situated in natural surroundings by a lake in a valley encircled by high cliffs. Well known to mountaineers (Massif des Alpilles). Located close to Cavaillon, but still wonderfully peaceful.

Beautiful surroundings very dramatic
Reasonable size pool and heated
Bar open early June
Restaurant open selling pizza (didn’t try them)

Large site split into two over 9ha
lots of permanent chalets
Site neglected,
toilets, wash and laundry sinks neglected and dirty
Showers variable depending on which one you choose.
Camping Car service point very dated and stank. No proper grey water disposal point
Fresh and chemical rinse water close together

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

We have never stayed in a campsite like this before. It's in a stunning location, with pitches on terraces in a very large valley, surrounded by amazing rock formations, beautiful trees, and flowers. It's really spacious, so you get a real sense of privacy on each pitch. There's a gorgeous lake at the entrance to the site, and there's a swimming pool beside the bar and restaurant with lovely views of the trees and rocks. There are hill walks and rock-climbing routes beside the entrance of the site. We cycled around the area, cycling through vineyards and fruit growing fields. You can visit what seems like an infinite number of beautiful Provencal villages and towns.

Schöner Camping in prächtiger Landschaft. Sehr gut geeignet zum Klettern, Felsen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Man kann auch viele genussvolle Wanderungen, Mountainbike und Radtouren machen. Am schönen Pool kann man sich wunderbar entspannen. Die ganzen Anlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
