Travelling party: Couple

An excellent site with a very warm welcome from the owners. The pitches amongst the trees are large with easy access. Although we were here in mid October, the excellent heated swimming pool remained open. As it is late in the season the snack bar and bar were closed but Jonathan, the owner, did stream the Rugby World Cup in the bar for any that wanted to watch, hence my mark for entertainment! Very clean toilet/shower block. The coastal areas are an easy 45 minute drive away. The site offers the opportunity to rent an electric car for those that need it. We will definitely return.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. it is evident that the owners put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the site. everything was clean and tidy and the water in showers was hot. the showers and toilets are a very high standard. it was warm when we were there so being open not an issue. The only downside for us was limited local walking and cycling was on busyish main road. local villages not as well kept as others we have been to
