Modern, very clean and quiet natural campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. Located beside the swimming pool, 1 km from the city centre. A good starting point for trips to the Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl and Europapark Rust. There is an amiable atmosphere on the campsite. Excellent cycling opportunities.

Travelling party: Couple

Very friendly reception with excellent English speaking lady. The site is very well maintained and the toilet facilities spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Nice site but do NOT visit this campsite if you have a dog and-or speak only English. The campsite is lovely but the owner insulted us when we checked in because my wife entered the office without her mask, despite him being behind a screen. He was rude and unhelpful and then we were told to get out because our dog ‘peed’ on the empty pitch next to us and wasn’t kept on a short lead, even when in our awning. He threatened physical violence to our pet because it approached him when he approached us aggressively shouting in a threatening manner, he obviously hates dogs and simply tolerates English speaking guests.
