Terraced campsite with both sunny as well as shaded pitches. Good restaurant. A friendly atmosphere at the campsite. Plenty of walking opportunities in the vicinity, also to Heimatmuseum and Rothaus beer brewery. About 3 km from the village of Schluchsee and the largest lake of the Black Forest. Free public transport via the so-called Konus card during the agreed period of stay.

Rothaus Camping is a campsite with 40 touring pitches and 80 year round pitches. During low season, between 01-01-2024 - 30-06-2024 and 01-09-2024 - 31-12-2024, the nightly rate is €25,- at one of the 40 touring pitches at Rothaus Camping in Rothaus (Baden-Württemberg).

Travelling party: Couple

Our first stay in the Black Forest and were thrilled with the location of this campsite. There are so many walking cycling and driving destinations from here it is perfect to explore the area. The friendly owners keep the facilities in very good condition. Really enjoyed it.

Travelling party: Couple

The ACSI price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but the reviews were all good. The gents shower were out of action and so the males were told to use the female facility. not a problem and they were trying to get them fixed. the weather was not brilliant so did not get a chance to sit outside the van. the space was tight but new arrivals were managed well. The one downer we had with the site was the local tax. stealth tax.
