Sägmühle campsite and leisure centre is located in the Pfälzer Forest natural park, south of Trippstadt spa town. The campsite is located on an idyllic and natural lake. The restaurant is famed for its regional Pfälzer specialities.

Travelling party: Couple

Very disappointed. As we travel with our dog we were in a separate area and sadly the facilities were not good, showers and toilets basic with no heating. Our 25meter electric cable wasn’t long enough on the plot we were given, hookup places were few. Facilities on the other side of site were much better, feel like we were hidden away due to our dog even though we were charged extra for her.

Travelling party: Couple

This campsite is set in fantastic countryside, with so many birds and frogs to enjoy, along with a lake and many walks. The lady in reception was really nice and friendly. There is a good restaurant on site but if you fancy a walk into the nearby town the Swan Hotel does great food. The toilet and shower facilities are good.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Wir waren vom 29. Mai 23 bis zum 4.Juni 23 mit unserem 6 jährigen Enkel auf diesem Platz. Der Kinderspielplatz und der Bolzplatz haben dem Kleinen gut gefallen. Wir hatten in dieser Zeit sehr umgängliche Nachbarn, ebenfalls mit Kinder, so daß die Zeit nicht langweilig wurde. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, der Platz sehr gepflegt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Platz gibt es eine Caravan-Werkstatt, die ein Problem an unserer Deichsel beheben konnte.
