Campsite located by the sea. Plenty of shade from natural vegetation and overhead cover. Plenty of pitches for overnight stops. Good toilet facilities. The campsite has a shop, a bar/restaurant, pizzeria, and a swimming pool at the hotel next door, for which charges apply.

Travelling party: Couple

not what we expected at all! paid for a shower card for hot water …. the showers were locked so asked for my money back on checkout. lovely fella checking us in but felt like we’d been sold a dud. as we’d asked for a sunny spot he bunged us in the overnighter area. horrid walk under the trainline to the ‘beach’. trains going past all night …. not much sleep at all! no hot water anywhere. pictures are not a true reflection of the beach. only stayed 1 night …. very disappointed

Travelling party: Couple

Second time staying here and in general all was good.
Steep entrance & exit to the site but, even in my old camper it posed no problem.
Showers were by card and gave about 4 mins, one of which was spent waiting for warm water to come through - when time is up, the shower stops without warning.
Friendly staff, expensive beer at the restaurant..
