Beautifully located, quiet campsite above the Ionian Sea. Good bus connections to Catania (3 km). Lovely swimming among the lava islands with the occasional stopover for sunbathing. Renovated toilet facilities, very strong, free wifi. Footpaths for the visually impaired.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Restaurant is nice, sea pretty and you can swim from the rocks. We were charged 50% extra for having a 7.5m motorhome (on a standard pitch) plus half a night (inc 50% uplift) for checking out after 11am.
Toilets are accessible for disabled but steps to bar/restaurant and the sea. Motorhome greywater and WC servicing only allowed before 11am.

Travelling party: Couple

Amazing stall and owner who made arrangements for us to leave at 5.00. The security guard let us out to catch a flight. lovely swimming opportunity. on. Friday night all was quiet.
