Beautifully located above the Ionian Sea. Good bus connections to Catania (3 km). Extremely peaceful and presentable campsite despite its proximity to Catania and looming Etna. One sanitary block has been completely renovated and everything is hands-free, such as flushing the toilet.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Restaurant is nice, sea pretty and you can swim from the rocks. We were charged 50% extra for having a 7.5m motorhome (on a standard pitch) plus half a night (inc 50% uplift) for checking out after 11am.
Toilets are accessible for disabled but steps to bar/restaurant and the sea. Motorhome greywater and WC servicing only allowed before 11am.

Travelling party: Couple

Amazing stall and owner who made arrangements for us to leave at 5.00. The security guard let us out to catch a flight. lovely swimming opportunity. on. Friday night all was quiet.

Travelling party: Seniors

We had a sea side pitch with a good view over the bay. Campsite excellently served by buses and supermarkets. We had a lovely day in town, a drive up Etna and a beautiful day on the Etna Railway.
