Very basic, shaded campsite in natural surroundings. Freely accessible beach, known from the filming of 'Commissaris Montalbano'. You will find space and peace here. Suitable location for visiting Sicily's Baroque cities, such as Scicli, for example.

Travelling party: Couple

Peaceful site with fairly large pitches, some next to sea. Warm showers are in/over the toilets which makes it a little difficult but no jetons required. Toilet seats. Easy walk into town especially for Montalbano fans. When we were there the season hadn’t really started & many places closed, having building work done. However, this meant not many tourists. Value for money.

Toller Campingplatz direkt am Meer gelegen mit wunderbarem Naturstrand!
Sehr gepflegte Anlage und sehr nette Inhaber und Mitarbeiter.
Man kann dort sogar hervorragendes Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau zu einem guten Preis erwerben.
Die nächsten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Travelling party: Couple

Good Points: Very quiet out of season, if that’s what you like; it’s own small beach which some pitches abut; toilets are ok and have seats!!; easy walk to Punta Secca for Montalbano fans. Bad Points: showers and wash basins unusable; whole campsite is scruffy and not well maintained and surrounded by plastic greenhouses.

stayed 5 nights - the owner has his own olive oil for sale and if you stay for a month or longer you get a fantastic deal! beach is great and punta secca close by with montalbanos tv series house close to the lighthouse. shops limited but the pane man has superb stuff and very reasonable - would love to return
