A real disappointment.
A friendly and helpful guy at reception when we arrived (Florence).
However the toilet/shower and washing up facilities were pretty dreadful.
Not clean and mostly broken and needing fixed or replaced/renewed (the best option).
This was the worst ACSI site we've stayed at.

It\'s a very narrow, steep access road through the village to the site, but big moho were doing it OK! The site is terraced and pitches reasonably level... May need chocks in places. Staff were great and facilities clean. Pool was a very generous size (not used as out of season) but it\'s a very big site! Would return. Nice restaurant in Berra nearby. Marked as 2 for child friendliness as its terraced with easy falls... And I only saw one small play area

Tight Steep Access. Staff friendly and helpful. Generally flat pitches on quite steep terraced Slope. Cafe Bar serves meals. Fresh Bread. Clean Swimming pool. Additional charge for electricity. Hot Showers on Timers but free. Facilities are Clean and functional if appearing a little dated. Small village with cafe restaurant adjacent. Would visit again.

I can imagine this site is very different in high season but mid October it’s very spacious with lots of empty pitches and could be very relaxing. But there is some noise I think it is the restaurant manager. However the elderly owner is lovely. Unheated pool open all the time so great if it’s sunny. Facilities ok but some showers were tepid. Great views though and you can pitch where you like.

This site has an amazing location with views
over the mountains but only if you get a pitch at the front. I felt it was a little uncared for and certainly suited smaller vans and caravans. A good location to visit Siena as it is only 30 minutes away.
We had an issue the first morning as some restaurant staff broke into the indoor swimming pool by climbing through a window. It was 5.45am and they were noisy and played a radio. When we complained about it, it seemed to fall on deaf ears.
