Travelling party: Couple

Brilliant site. Well maintained and toilets spotless. Great welcome from staff. Bruno obviously takes great pride in the place. Lovely setting close to the village with plenty bars and restaurants. Food on site excellent with fresh bread available all day. Great area for touring nearby towns and villages. One of our favourite sites.

A great spot on the lakeside, fantastic facilities including onsite bar & restaurant (mostly fish dishes), Depending on pitch, you may need a long EHU cable (6amps). On arrival you’ll be asked to pick a pitch, they are tight if you’re in a +7.7m Motorhome this site is best avoided. Short walk into town, lots of bars, cafes & restaurants. The walk into town is initially on a narrow pavement. We arrived with our ACSI card expecting the ACSI rate p.n. however it’s more, you pay a supplement for access to pool area and ‘free’ bicycles.

Well kept campsite - clean and tidy. Pitched quite small (by UK standards) but there is a separate area for car parking. Bread available to buy in hotel restaurant for breakfast.
Heated swimming pool in middle of campsite but unfortunately taken over by a few local school children after school and by local families at the weekend (mainly Sunday)
Also music from restaurant went on until
midnight on the Friday night. If it wasn’t for the disturbance I would have marked this higher as it’s lovely once the locals left after their afternoon out at the campsite pool.

There are several things to recommend this site. The surroundings, hotel and restaurant food are lovely. The pool is adequate but swimming in the lake is unpleasant. Sadly the water level was low and masses of weed made walking out nigh on impossible. Dead fish too, apparently a disease had affected one bread. Another negative was the pricing.
