A level family campsite located on the banks of the Sûre with spacious pitches. A paradise for cyclists and anglers (fishing season 15/6-28/2). New toilet facilities, bar-restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool. Good starting point for trips out in this cycling and walking region.

Travelling party: Seniors

Lovely campsite, even in the rain! The showers and toilets are top class, lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff and hard standing to park on which we were concerned to get given the wet weather. The campsite is right by the river and there are lovely cycle/walking paths directly from the campsite. A really nice children\'s playground a short way along one of these paths. We saw geese and ducks of various breeds, swans, herons and cormorants. The restaurant was nice (and open even at the end of October) although a little bit pricey. The grey/ black water disposal is well organised with plenty of space to manoeuvre and there was fresh water tap on the pitch. Hard to fault this campsite.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Sehr schöner gepflegter kleiner Campingplatz unmittelbar an der Sauer. Sehr schön zum SUPn oder baden, da die Sauer hier angestaut und wie ein kleiner See ist. Die einzelnen Plätze sind sehr gerade und offenbar noch recht neu angelegt. Der Wohnwagen steht auf befestigtem Schotter und das Vorzelt auf Rasen. Schöne Umgebung zum Radfahren und Wandern. Nördlich des Platzes ist ein kleiner Park mit einem sehr schönen und abenteuerlichen Spielplatz. Ich kann den Platz für ein Wochenende sehr empfehlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Beachbar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mehrmals Kurzurlaub (ca. eine Woche). Wir können den Platz empfehlen. Leider wurde in diesem Jahr die Entsorgung für die Chmietoilette erschwert. Es gibt nur noch eine Stelle die Kostenpflichtig ist. Es wäre ein tolles Zusatzangebot, da hier auch die Kassette gründlich gereinigt wir, aber es ist vergleichsweise teuer und auch zeitaufwendig.

Schöne Tage direkt an der Sauer. Für wandern und radfahren in direkter Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Nächste größere Orte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl auf luxemburgischen wie auch deutschen Seite mit dem Auto (oder kostenlos mit Bus) gut zu erreichen.
