Just outside of Het Keelven nature reserve and by the Strabrechtse Heide is the small-scale recreation park with cafe and terrace, De Kuilen, next to a 27-hole golf course. The quiet and lush green surroundings close to the village of Someren are ideal for a wonderful riders’ holiday with one’s own horse, because there are plenty of stalls available.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Auf der Durchreise haben wir für eine Nacht hier gehalten. Die Buchung vorab per Telefon war einfach und schnell. Bei der Anreise hatte es in Strömen geregnet und der Platz war wegen dem extremen Starkregen etwas überflutet, aber nachdem der Regen aufhörte lief das Wasser auch schnell wieder ab.
Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und vollkommen ok. Die Dusche funktioniert mit 50 cent, wobei ein Durchgang eigentlich zeitlich super ausreicht. Nur das Wasser wurde ab und zu zwischendurch mal kalt, aber das hat mich nicht so sehr gestört. Vom Bad aus kann man in die Reithalle gucken, das war witzig und spannend für Kinder.
Es gibt einen kleinen Imbiss auf dem Platz. Dankbar nach einer langen Fahrt haben wir dort noch etwas essen können.
Ich habe einen Pool gesehen, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben da wir morgens weiter gefahren sind.
Allerdings stand dort auch ein großes Trampolin, welches unsere kleine Tochter sehr spannend fand.
Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich problemlos aus-checken. Alles lief schnell und unkompliziert ab. Alle sind sehr freundlich.

Alles in Allem ist das ein toller kleiner Campingplatz. Die Leute die wir dort trafen waren freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Ein sehr schöner offener Campingplatz. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Duschen immer warm trotz weniger Gäste. Pool und Badesee vorhanden. In der Nähe ein Naturschutzgebiet.
