Travelling party: Couple

Terrible experience here. We were pushed to the furthest point of the campsite because a caravan club were booked in. Around 10 vans arrived and we could have been pitched closer to all the facilities. Really not good enough. the proximity to the lake and beach are amazing, but there is an alternative site next door. Don’t use this one!

Be vary careful where you park your Motorhome there are no marked out pitches and it’s very easy to find you are in soft sand rather than a hard surface.

Great location between beach, boardwalks and lagoon. Easy and beautiful walks around both. A dusty and sandy municipal site, although it is secure and patrolled. Facilities are functional. Showers are in a massive block, stainless steel, clean and hot and don’t smell. Town and surrounding area makes up for the site
