A couple nights after being at Barcelona F1, the quiet & tranquil location was just what we needed. Lake beautiful for SUPs, but limited launching.

we arrived at this campsite yesterday .after a long journey, was very disappointed as the place had no touring caravans on it it was filled with long term caravans that looked very untidy,we had gone to this site on the last reviews it had ,we found a very different campsite the toilet block were old and dirty ,and the run up to the site was very steep and not good for a large caravan ,I wish people would give true reviews.

very nice site , huge pitches , the best toilets in Spain , staff very friendly , you get some road noise on the lower pitches to the lake , the lake is accessed by a old water drain , it’s not actually on the lake , do not under any circumstance have a pizza they are frozen horrible tiny discs, shocking

A lovely site with good sized pitches in a beautiful area. Lots of things to do locally including walking, cycling and water activities on the lake. The facilities were spotless and staff really helpful. We planned to stay for 3 nights & stayed a week. The only downside is a little road noise mainly from the occasional lorry and speeding motorcycles, but it is very quiet overnight.Pool was open in May which is a 1st for us in Spain.

Lovely campsite close to lake with very helpful staff and good facilities. Bar/restaurant and swimming pool open in May. Bread/pastries available on site (pre-order the day before). Swimming, kayaking, etc. available in/on the lake within a short walk. The campsite provides an extensive list of local facilities/walks/etc.

Stayed for 2 nights. Allowed to pick a pitch. All pitches were a good size. Toilet facilities were probably the best we've ever had on a campsite. There are individual bathrooms with shower sink and clothes hanging area. There was soap for hand washing and even paper towels for hand drying. Lovely pool, though we didn't use it. There's a walk from the back of the site to the next village (45 mins walk) and it passes the remains of ancient thermal baths which have been restored and housed in a covered building. Free to view. There is a cycle track along the front of the campsite running parallel to the lake. Further down the lake there are pedaloes and kayaks. So there are things to do if you don't want to stay and laze all day at your pitch or by the pool.

Worth it just for the showers! Just like home. This is a really well laid out campsite with large pitches, lovely trees and other plants. I imagine this would be great for families with children a the swimming pool looked great and there are other games areas. Feels very safe. Slight traffic noise at night but not really a bother. We were resting up when we stayed here so didn\'t explore the area but it was a great place to just have a rest from travel.

Well maintained campsite with spotlessly clean sanitary facilities and great hot water.. Staff not overly welcoming upon arrival but seemed polite.
The lake is great for swimming despite the grotty access via the under road tunnel.
As mentioned, the site is unbelievably busy at weekends which we would not criticise but quite noisy and impossible to enjoy the pools.
We believe there is a lot to do and see out and about but it seemed necessary to travel a long way for much of it. The local village was run down but town of Graus busy and worth a visit. Cyclable off road. Not a bad site and worth a visit but not for a long stay in our opinion.

Stunning location with a novel layout, separating tents, camper vans, caravans and mobile homes on a very verdant hillside overlooking the large Barasona barrage lake. The two leisure pools and surrounds are impeccably maintained but in school holidays, are crammed with very noisy, very ill-disciplined kids. Plentiful signage says no jumping in, no balls, no floats etc - but they\'re all blatantly ignored and parental controls are non-existent. During the month we stayed in early summer, barking dogs in chalets were a persistent annoyance. Pitches for tents were generously sized and with a choice of locations, although water taps for those in the \'valley\' were only on alternative pitches, and sometimes obstructed by large campervans. Those were the only downsides, more than compensated for by the large and enthusiastic ground staff, bar-restaurant team and the owner, who kept hi = along with the rest of his familys eye on his kingdom morning, noon and night and could not have been more hospitable, engaging and welcoming along with the rest of his extended family! This is outstanding area for touring and discovering the fabulous Ribagorza area and Arragon Pyrenees with the ancient town of Graus and its medieval central square less than 10 minutes away by car. This region of Spain is, fortunately, little known or visited by the English - we met only three or four other Brit couples in nearly five weeks. Internet coverage is restricted to the reception/bar area, while showers and loos are worthy of a five-star hotel. The owner had a very perspicacious answer when asked why the site didn\'t have a 5-star rating. \'Much better to earn our stars from personal recommendation!\'
