Excellent restaurant, lovely cycling and walking routes incl. Via Verde. Good free Wi-Fi. Bike hire. Good train connection to Valencia. Travelling party: Couple

This is a chilled & relaxing campsite set on a hill amidst rolling, tree covered mountains. The bathroom facilities are spotless with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed having water & a sink on our pitch. The restaurant is lovely & serves large portions. The site is surrounded by great walking & bike riding routes. Especially easy online booking. Recommended.

Very well run campsite although some may find a bit steep. In the village you can enjoy a coffee and food. The butcher is one of the best and the building is beautiful. There is a baker, a small but well stocked grocery store and more. We will return. Did not give toilet facilities a 5 star only because the light is on a timer and awkward if in the shower! Did not use pool but looked nice.

lovely campsite as others have said there is quite a steep hill to the pitches but it was fine for our 7.5 metre motorhome and trailer. the restaurant is excellent and good value. We came here to cycle the Ojos Negros greenway and it did nit disappoint, the trip to Caudiel was wonderful . in late Septrmber the pool was still open

Camping Altomira is in a fantastic area with excellent walking and cycling facilities on its doorstep. Train and bus services are a great added bonus also. The site has a good bar and restaurant and all of the site staff are very helpful and courteous to their visitors

Used the site as a 1 night stopover and stopped 4 nights in the end. Great area for bike riding and walking. Yes the toilet facilities are a little dated but they are clean and lots of hot water. Restaurant was good. Reception staff excellent. It is on hill and steep walk up and down. level pitches. Grey waste on the pitch not an issue we always carry a funnel.

Overnight stop on way to coast. Toilets and showers clean and functional, but old fashioned. Pitches small, fairly level, but be very aware this site is terraced into a steep hill so not good if you have mobility issues. Reception very helpful and informative.
